Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a broken shinbone (tibia) or a serious leg injury that caused loss of blood flow and pulses in your lower leg.
  • Only one leg is injured.
  • The front part of your lower leg muscle is not too thick (measured by ultrasound).
  • You are willing to join the study and can give consent.
