Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with severe, frequent reflex syncope (fainting) that doesn't get better with education or lifestyle changes.
- You have low blood pressure when measured over 24 hours or during a special test involving tilting and other maneuvers.
- Your doctor thinks it's appropriate to either reduce your blood pressure medicines or prescribe fludrocortisone.
