Stem cell collection with motixafortide and G-CSF for multiple myeloma

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 78 years old.
  • You have active multiple myeloma and are in your first or second remission (complete or partial response).
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before and have not failed a previous stem cell collection.
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG score of 0 or 1) and your organs are working well enough for the procedure.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control.
  • You have not taken certain medications (like lenalidomide, bortezomib, or G-CSF) within the required washout period (usually 7 to 42 days depending on the drug).
