Nerve block before artery treatment for knee pain

This study tests a two-step procedure for long-term knee pain that hasn't improved with other treatments. First, the nerves around the knee are numbed, and then the small arteries feeding the painful area are blocked.   • You have ongoing knee pain that hasn't gotten better with standard treatments like rest, therapy, or medication.
  • You haven't had knee surgery in the last six months.
