Sintilimab plus cetuximab and chemo for first-line advanced colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced (stage IV) and cannot be removed by surgery or has come back after treatment.
  • You cannot have had any prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced cancer, or if you had adjuvant chemo, it must be at least 6 months ago.
  • Your tumor must be tested and found to have no mutations in RAS or BRAF genes (wild-type), and must have PD-L1 CPS ≥1, TPS ≥1%, or CD8+ TILs ≥2%.
  • You must be in good general health (able to carry out daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow).
  • You cannot have certain autoimmune diseases, active infections like hepatitis B or C, or a history of other cancers in the last 5 years (except cured skin cancers).
