Brain stimulation for depression in young people

Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 20 years old.
  • You are currently experiencing a major depressive episode.
  • You have not taken much antidepressant medication (less than 12 weeks) or had many therapy sessions (less than 10) for this depression.
  • You have never had TMS treatment before.
  • You are not pregnant, not at high risk for suicide, and you do not have certain other mental health conditions (like bipolar disorder, psychosis, or severe anxiety).
