This study tests whether a drug called interleukin-7 (CYT107) can help your immune system recover faster and clear myeloma cells better after a stem cell transplant. You would receive CYT107 injections after your transplant, and the study will check if this improves your long-term outcome.

Who can take part
- You have multiple myeloma and are in your first complete response, or have a partial or very good partial response.
- You are at least 18 years old and are a candidate for a stem cell transplant using melphalan chemotherapy.
- You are generally healthy enough for transplant (ECOG score 0-2) and your liver and kidney function are within study limits.
- You have an extra backup stem cell graft available.
- You do not have serious lung disease, other active cancers, or uncontrolled infections or heart problems.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control for one year after transplant.
