Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have moderate or severe major depression (without psychosis) that has lasted at least 3 months.
- Your first episode of depression started before age 55.
- You have not responded to 2 to 5 different antidepressant medications for your current depression.
- You do not have a history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychotic disorders.
- You do not have a recent or current moderate-to-severe substance use disorder (including alcohol or drugs).
