Nelmastobart plus docetaxel for advanced lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced (stage IIIb, IIIc, or IV) non-small cell lung cancer that has come back or spread.
  • Your tumor has a high level of a protein called BTN1A1 (a score of 50% or higher).
  • You have already had at least one type of chemotherapy or immunotherapy, and if you have a specific gene mutation, also a targeted therapy.
  • You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about more than half of the day (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, bone marrow) are working well enough.
  • You are willing to provide a sample of your stored tumor tissue for testing.
