Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL).
- You should have symptoms that need treatment, such as low blood counts, an enlarged spleen, or fever/night sweats/weight loss.
- You may have had no prior treatment, or treatment that didn't work well (but not with methotrexate or thalidomide).
- You must be generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 6 months.
- You cannot have had another cancer in the last 5 years, have active hepatitis B or HIV, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
