- Age 18–80 years old
- Confirmed follicular lymphoma that has relapsed (come back) or become resistant to prior treatment
- Prior treatment must have included an anti-CD20 antibody with chemotherapy
- Currently need urgent treatment based on disease activity
- Measurable or evaluable disease on imaging or exam
- Good overall health and organ/bone marrow function (ECOG score 0–2)
