Who can take part
- You must have follicular lymphoma (grades 1, 2, or 3a) that is CD20-positive, meaning it has a specific protein on the surface.
- You must have had at least two prior cancer treatments, including one that targeted CD20 (like rituximab).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be generally healthy, with good liver, kidney, and blood counts.
- You cannot have had a recent stem cell transplant (within 100 days), any prior donor transplant, or a history of cancer spreading to the brain.
- You cannot have had another cancer in the last 5 years (except for some non-melanoma skin cancers).
