Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like cancer in the bile ducts or another organ) that has not responded to standard treatments or for which there is no standard treatment.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called an FGFR1-3 fusion, rearrangement, or activating mutation, found through a special lab test.
  • You are at least 18 years old, able to swallow pills, and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You are in good enough physical health to do daily activities (like walking and light work) without needing help.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood test results are within acceptable ranges, and you do not have serious heart or lung problems, active brain tumors, or uncontrolled infections.
  • If you have bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma), you may need to be in a specific group depending on whether you have had a prior FGFR inhibitor treatment.
