Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed, and you've tried standard treatments that didn't work or you couldn't tolerate them.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts (hemoglobin, platelets, and white cells) are within a certain range.
  • You have not had certain other treatments (like chemotherapy, radiation, or other study drugs) too close to starting this trial.
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
