Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a solid tumor that is locally advanced or has spread, and standard treatments have failed or are not an option.
- You need to be generally well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts and organ function must be within acceptable limits.
