Who can take part
- You are a man 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic prostate cancer that is not small cell or neuroendocrine type.
- Your testosterone level must be very low (≤0.5 ng/mL) if taking certain hormone treatments.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one newer hormone therapy, and you have had no more than 3 treatments for castration-resistant prostate cancer.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and is safe to inject directly (not near major nerves or blood vessels).
- You are willing to have a tumor biopsy and undergo an on-treatment biopsy.
