SYNC-T therapy study for advanced prostate cancer

Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

This trial tests a new treatment called SYNC-T Therapy (SV-102) for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has progressed after other treatments. The therapy is given directly into a tumor to help your immune system fight the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You are a man 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic prostate cancer that is not small cell or neuroendocrine type.
  • Your testosterone level must be very low (≤0.5 ng/mL) if taking certain hormone treatments.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one newer hormone therapy, and you have had no more than 3 treatments for castration-resistant prostate cancer.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and is safe to inject directly (not near major nerves or blood vessels).
  • You are willing to have a tumor biopsy and undergo an on-treatment biopsy.
