Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (confirmed by scans).
  • You are currently on or have had hormone therapy that lowers testosterone, and your testosterone level is very low.
  • Your cancer got worse while you were taking a newer hormonal drug like abiraterone, enzalutamide, darolutamide, or apalutamide.
  • Your recent PSA blood test is at least 1.0 ng/mL.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within certain limits (your doctor will check).
