Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 65 years old.
  • You have had tennis elbow pain in one arm for at least 4 weeks.
  • The pain is mainly around your elbow and hurts when you straighten your middle finger or lift your wrist against resistance.
  • Your average pain score in the last week is 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale.
  • You have not had any treatment for tennis elbow in the past 3 months, and you have no history of elbow surgery, fractures, or other joint conditions.
