Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 50 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with tennis elbow (pain on the outer side of the elbow) for more than 3 months.
  • The doctor confirmed the diagnosis with specific tests and you have tenderness over the bony bump on your elbow.
  • You have not had elbow surgery in the past.
  • You have not received a cortisone injection in your elbow within the last 6 months.
  • You do not have neck problems, nerve issues, inflammatory conditions, a broken elbow, or severe elbow looseness.
