Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
  • You have a foot ulcer that is between 1 and 15 square centimeters after cleaning.
  • Your foot ulcer has been present for at least 4 weeks despite standard care.
  • The ulcer is on the bottom part of your foot (below the ankle), not on your toes.
  • You are willing to use prescribed offloading (special footwear or devices) for the study duration.
  • You can attend weekly study visits.
