  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery at least 6 months ago
  • You have not had any other surgery on your legs (like knee, ankle, or hip) in the past
  • You have not injured your leg in the last 6 months
  • You do not have a balance disorder (like inner ear or nerve problems)
