Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a documented heart or blood vessel condition, like a past heart attack, a stent or bypass surgery, blocked leg arteries, or a prior stroke not caused by an irregular heartbeat
- You live in Tehran province
- You are willing to take aspirin as part of your regular treatment and can receive text messages or phone calls
- You have not had a serious bleeding event (stomach or brain) in the last 30 days, and you do not have advanced kidney disease or a short life expectancy
