Who can take part
- You have early-stage non-small cell lung cancer that can't be surgically removed, or you have up to 3 small lung metastases (each ≤5 cm).
- You are 18 years or older and in good enough health to get around (performance status 0–2).
- Your blood counts meet minimum levels: hemoglobin ≥80 g/L, platelets ≥100,000/μL, and white blood cells ≥1,500/μL.
- Your kidney and liver function are within safe ranges (creatinine/bilirubin no more than 1.25–1.5 times normal).
- Your lung function is adequate (FEV1 at least 0.5 L).
- You do not have serious heart conditions, active infections, or other reasons that make radiotherapy unsafe.
