Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with AML, MDS, or CMML that has an IDH1 mutation.
  • You have had or are scheduled to have a donor stem cell transplant (allogeneic HCT).
  • Your blood counts (ANC, hemoglobin, platelets) are within certain levels before starting the study drug.
  • Your liver and kidney function tests are acceptable.
  • You do not have a serious active infection or other cancer that is not controlled.
