Who can take part

  • You have a condition called CCUS (low blood counts with no clear cause) or low-risk MDS/CMML (a type of blood cancer).
  • A blood test shows you have an IDH1 mutation with at least 2 out of every 100 cells affected.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your liver and kidneys work well enough (blood tests will check this).
  • You can take pills by mouth and do not have a serious infection or other uncontrolled medical issue.
