Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19.0 and 26.0.
  • You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) for men, or 100 pounds (45 kg) for women.
  • You have no history of heart rhythm problems (like long QT syndrome) or family history of sudden cardiac death.
  • You are not currently taking any medications or supplements (including over-the-counter drugs).
  • You are willing to avoid alcohol, smoking, and certain foods (like grapefruit) during the study.
