Long-term safety and effectiveness of XH-S003 for PNH

Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria

This study tests if the drug XH-S003 is safe and works well over a long period for people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disease. If you've already taken XH-S003 in a past study and your doctor thinks it helped, you may join to keep getting the treatment.

Who can take part

  • You must have taken part in a previous study of XH-S003 and finished it.
  • You must have gotten vaccines for meningitis and pneumonia as required by the earlier study.
  • You cannot have had cancer in the last 5 years (except some minor skin or cervical cancers).
  • You cannot have had a bone marrow or organ transplant, or had your spleen removed.
  • You must not have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, or blood problems, or a history of meningitis infection.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a weak immune system.
