Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have already completed a previous NTQ5082 study and your doctor thinks you benefited and will continue to benefit, or you were in the control group and got eculizumab.
  • You have had the required meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines as per the earlier study, and the protection from those vaccines will last through this study.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during sex from now until 4 weeks after your last dose, and you will not freeze or donate sperm or eggs.
  • You agree to sign a consent form to join the study.
  • You have not had a bone marrow, stem cell, or solid organ transplant, or had your spleen removed.
