Who can take part

  • You must have one side of your body that is different from the other (like a weaker or shorter arm or leg).
  • You must have some type of mental or emotional issue (such as anxiety or depression).
  • You must have joint stiffness that makes moving harder.
  • You must have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a disease that weakens muscles over time.
  • You cannot be physically and mentally healthy, or have schizophrenia or thinking/memory problems.
