- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You or your partner has a military connection (active duty, veteran, or dependent).
- You have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet.
- You are willing to use a special bassinet for your baby and travel to a Quest lab for a blood draw.
- You are not currently depressed, taking sleep or mental health medications, or using tobacco
