RE001 T cell therapy for KRAS G12V solid tumors

KRAS G12VT Cell Therapy

Part of Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy called RE001 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (KRAS G12V mutation). It uses your own immune cells modified to target cancer cells.

T cells made for KRAS-mutant tumors in solid cancers

This Phase 1 trial tests an engineered immune cell treatment (“T cells”) made to recognize a specific tumor change (KRAS G12V) in people with advanced solid tumors. It’s intended for cancers that did not respond to standard treatments, and the goal is to see safety and early signs of benefit.

NCT06484556Recruiting· Phase 1
T cell therapy for KRAS-mutated advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized T cell therapy designed to target cancer cells with specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D). It may be an option for people with advanced solid tumors who have exhausted standard treatments.

NCT06043713Recruiting· Phase 1
T-cell therapy for KRAS G12V solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized T-cell therapy designed to recognize and attack cancer cells with a specific KRAS G12V mutation. It is for people with metastatic solid tumors that have this mutation and a specific immune type (HLA-A*11:01).

NCT06484790Recruiting· Phase 1
Engineered T cell therapy for KRAS-mutated advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized T cell therapy designed to target specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D) in people with advanced solid tumors who have no standard treatment options left. The treatment involves collecting your own immune cells, engineering them to recognize and attack cancer cells with these mutations, and then infusing them back into you.
