Who can take part

  • You have a metastatic solid tumor with a KRAS G12V mutation.
  • Your immune type is HLA-A*11:01 (a blood test will confirm this).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are 18 or older and willing to undergo leukapheresis (a procedure to collect your white blood cells).
  • You have tried at least one prior treatment, and your cancer has grown or you could not tolerate it.
  • Your kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
