Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have focal epilepsy that does not respond to medication.
- You have had at least 3 seizures that spread to both sides of your brain in the last 18 months.
- You have had a long video-EEG monitoring test in the past 10 years at a specific hospital in Lyon, France.
- You do not have serious lung or heart disease, sleep apnea, or take certain antidepressants.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have a vagal nerve stimulator.
