Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have advanced triple-negative breast cancer or melanoma that has spread and is not responding to standard treatments.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function.
  • You must have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You should not have serious autoimmune disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or a history of pancreatitis.
