Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor cancer (any type) OR breast cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain.
  • You have at least one brain tumor that is at least 1 cm wide and is growing (getting worse) despite previous treatments.
  • You have not taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib) before.
  • You have a tumor tissue sample available from a prior biopsy or surgery for genetic testing.
  • You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0-2), and your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within the study's normal limits.
