Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 and 11 years old.
  • Your child's weight must be at or above the 95th percentile for their age and sex.
  • You (the parent or guardian) must be at least 18 years old.
  • You and your child must speak English or Spanish.
  • You must live in or regularly visit selected zip codes in Middle Tennessee near participating community centers.
  • You must commit to a 6-month program and be able to complete online trainings and baseline surveys.
