Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 18 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is at or above the 95th percentile for your age and sex, meaning you have severe obesity.
  • A parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old and lives with you at least half the time will take part in the program.
  • You do not have any other health conditions that make weight loss unsafe, like an eating disorder.
