Study of 3 drugs for HER2-low breast cancer that has spread

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (a targeted therapy called chidamide, an immunotherapy called a PD-1 inhibitor, and a drug called anlotinib that blocks blood vessel growth) for people with HER2-low, hormone receptor-positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery. It is for those whose cancer has stopped responding to hormone therapy and who have had little or no prior chemotherapy.

Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer is HER2-low (a specific type based on lab tests) and hormone receptor-positive (HR-positive)
  • Your cancer has spread (metastatic) or cannot be surgically removed
  • You have tried hormone therapy, but it no longer helps
  • You have had 0 or 1 prior chemotherapy treatments for this advanced cancer
  • Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans
