Clinical trial of radiation and chemotherapy before stem cell transplant for hard-to-treat AML

This trial tests a combination of total body irradiation and two chemotherapy drugs (busulfan and melphalan) given before a stem cell transplant. It is for people with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard treatment.

NCT06111612Recruiting
Intensive chemo before stem cell transplant for myeloid cancers with spread outside marrow

This trial tests a stronger chemotherapy combination before a donor stem cell transplant for people with certain blood cancers (like AML, MDS, or CMML) that have spread to other parts of the body, such as the skin, testicles, or central nervous system. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes for patients whose disease is in remission.

Cord blood transplant for cancer relapse after stem cell transplant

This trial tests a second transplant using cord blood after a first stem cell transplant failed to keep the cancer away. It's for people with blood cancers like leukemia that have come back.

TmBU chemo before stem cell transplant for high-risk leukemia

This clinical trial tests a new combination of chemotherapy drugs (called TmBU) before a stem cell transplant for people with high-risk or relapsed acute leukemia. The goal is to see if this conditioning regimen works better and is safe for patients who need a transplant.

NCT06802315Recruiting· Phase 2
Radiation therapy before stem cell transplant for high-risk blood cancers

This trial tests a precise type of radiation called intensity modulated total marrow irradiation before a stem cell transplant. It aims to destroy cancer cells while reducing side effects for patients with high-risk leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome.

NCT07634536Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Radiation therapy before stem cell transplant for blood cancers

This trial tests a new type of radiation therapy called automated total marrow and lymphoid irradiation (TMLI) given before a stem cell transplant. It's designed to treat blood cancers like leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome by destroying cancer cells and preparing the body to accept donor stem cells.
