- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have a blood cancer like AML, MDS, or CMML that has spread to an area outside your bone marrow, and it is now in remission after treatment.
- You have a related or unrelated stem cell donor who matches at least 5 out of 10 key tissue types (HLA).
- Your overall health is good, with no serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems (scored 2 or less on a transplant risk scale).
- You can care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and do not have active, uncontrolled infections or certain other medical conditions.
