Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have worked the night shift for at least the past year.
  • You usually sleep between 5 and 9 hours in a 24-hour period.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 35, and your weight has been stable (within 5%) over the last 6 months.
  • You exercise less than 2 days per week (low activity level).
  • You do not have diabetes, heart disease, a diagnosed sleep disorder, or an eating disorder, and you haven't followed special diets like keto or vegan in the last 6 months.
