Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have a healthy body weight (BMI 18-25) and have not changed weight in the last 6 weeks.
- You are physically and mentally healthy, with no medical conditions or regular medications (including birth control).
- You have a regular sleep schedule (6–10 hours each night) and are neither a morning person nor a night owl.
- You do not smoke, have not donated blood in the last 8 weeks, and have not traveled across time zones or done shift work recently.
