Who can take part

  • You are male and between 24 and 32 years old
  • You are White (Caucasian)
  • You are physically active, getting at least 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week
  • You are generally healthy and do not have conditions or take medications that affect bone health
  • You are not a smoker, do not drink more than 14 alcohol units per week, and have no recent fractures or injuries
