Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 50 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 30.
  • You can walk normally without help.
  • If you are a woman, you are still having monthly periods (premenopausal).
  • You are generally healthy, without bone disease, recent fractures, or diabetes.
