Troriluzole before surgery for recurrent glioblastoma

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with a glioblastoma that is IDH-wildtype (a specific genetic type)
  • Your tumor has come back after previous treatment with radiation and possibly chemotherapy, and you have had no more than 2 relapses
  • You are able and willing to have surgery to remove the tumor, and part of the tumor is near the surface of the brain (gray matter)
  • You are generally in good health (Karnofsky score 60 or higher) and your blood counts and organ function are within study limits
