A study of HS-10516 for VHL syndrome tumors

Von Hippel Lindau-Deficient Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have either advanced clear cell kidney cancer or a tumor related to VHL syndrome
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months
  • You agree to use birth control during the study and are not pregnant or nursing
  • You cannot have had certain cancer treatments or major surgery within the last few weeks
