Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer with low estrogen receptor (ER) levels (between 1% and 10%) that has come back or spread, and your cancer is HER2-negative.
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for cancer that has spread.
  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old. If you are still having periods, you are willing to take a medicine to stop them temporarily.
  • You have not taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor drug before.
  • You are generally well enough to be active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
