This trial tests whether a special virus (bacteriophage) that attacks E. coli bacteria can help control bacteria in the bladder without causing an infection. It's for people with spinal cord injury who use a catheter and have E. coli in their urine but no active infection.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with a spinal cord injury or disease and use a catheter (tube) to empty your bladder.
- You have E. coli bacteria in your urine at a level of 10,000 or more per milliliter, but no symptoms of a bladder infection.
- You are willing to either stay in the hospital for 7 days of treatment or come to the clinic daily (or at least on day 1 and day 7).
- If you could become pregnant, you must use two forms of birth control during the study and for 2 weeks after.
- You do not have a history of organ transplant, neutropenia (low white blood cells), or severe kidney disease (stage 4 or worse).
