Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 19 and 26, and you must weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female.
- You must be generally healthy, with no major medical conditions or recent infections.
- You cannot have taken any other investigational drugs or vaccines within 14 days to 3 months before the study starts.
- You must not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day, and you must avoid alcohol, caffeine, and certain foods during the study.
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy cannot join, and both men and women must use effective birth control.
