Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back (advanced stage).
  • Your tumor must have a specific molecular subtype (SNF1 or SNF3) as determined by a digital pathology test.
  • Your cancer has worsened while taking a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like Ibrance) or within 12 months after finishing it.
  • You have not had more than one line of treatment for metastatic disease, and no chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
  • You are able to take oral medications and have adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney).
