Who can take part
- You have an untreated, biopsy-confirmed pre-cancerous spot in your mouth that can be seen by looking.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are willing to have a sample of tissue from your mouth taken or provided for testing.
- You have an ECOG performance status of 0-2 (meaning you can do daily activities with little or no help).
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, blood) are working well enough based on standard tests.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during the study and for 120 days after your last dose.
